has there been anyone that has used the redline controller to use the revolution 4th axis ? I would love to know what that is like. The setup and functionality of it.
Related question: If you bought/buy the 4th Axis for the Masso, what is required (including cost) to make it work with the Redline controller? The 4th Axis in currently on sale for about $150 off. Is it worth purchasing now, if there’s a possibility of me upgrading to the Redline controller sometime in the future?
I second this. I just got mine in the shop and need to know how close to the Masso it is, so I can start testing it out!
there is a cable on the onefinity site made just for connecting the revolution to the redline controller. and also, one for the redline spindle to the redline controller. together about 50 bucks. worth every penny. it is supposed to make it plug and play. no more changing many settings in order to go back and forth between carving and revolution. that alone makes the redline worth it. redline also makes it easier to change tool numbers as well. I am loooking forward to getting mine.
