Anything special to know about installing the Redline spindle? I t showed up last week and I have been looking for info - but can’t find any. Is it truely “plug and play”??

The fonts in the Redline manual look eerily similar to 1F manuals

I just got my 220V Spindle kit and the install video shows a small tick mark on the spindle casing, then mentions “Install to the correct depth” however my spindle has no tick mark on it, what is the distance from the top of the spindle to where it is supposed to sit on the top edge of the 80mm mount ring?

Disregard the tick mark, that really meant nothing (was just a mark we used for testing internally).
“Correct depth” is whatever depth works for the individuals setup and cutting needs.

Okay thanks that helps, also I received 2 of these (I think I bought them but Nov was a bit of time back) They look like they are the risers but I tried to install them and they do not appear to fit on the 50mm frame.
Yes, the PID numbers in the controller would be different.

Did those come with your spindle kit? Those are riser blocks for Foreman Y rails. You should get 4 total, for the 4 feet. Or, you got two and should have gotten none, and we made a human mistake

Yes they did come with the kit and I just checked my order, Order No. 52127 and I did order a set of risers, so it looks like I got shorted 2 of them. That explains my confusion on where to install them… LOL
Can you guys shoot me out the mated pair of them so I can hoist it up?
