Router/IoT/iVac

I have my IoT relay on a separate breaker as I experienced breaker trips when my spindle, vacuum and CNC was on the same outlet.

After moving the spindle and vacuum to another outlet the power issue resolved itself.

I would keep the controller, spindle (router), and vac on separate circuits if you can. My vac pulls close to 11 amps, and the router 6, so that’s over the limit of a normal house circuit of 15 amps. Plus, motors in general (vacuums in this case) are massive inductive loads, which means relays and solid state switches need to be derated for proper use – some times as much as 50%. I would not use my vac with anything less than a 20amp relay. Most IOT devices are only rated for 10 or 12. Just something to consider.
