First of all very new to the CNC world. My machine is the Elite Journeyman w/RapidChange ATC. I created a project in CarvecoMaker. I then sent 2 nc files to a USB. Inserted USB in Masso (OneFinity Elite w/ATC). When I hit F6 “Load files” the 2 files show up but when I tap on one I receive the error message : Error Sub Program file not found. What am I doing wrong?
“Error, sub program” means your trying to make this file for the rapidchange atc.

I have had this same trouble before. One or both of these things will cause that error. First the file needs to be in the same folder with those subprograms and second, unless the tools you are using are listed as # 1-5 you will also get that error message. Masso cannot find the subprograms you need unless they are in the same folder as the gcode. I am desperately hoping that the redline controller will solve this silly fault. and I am also hoping it will allow us to take any number tool and just assign the pocket number of where it is. If you use a lot of different tools for random projects it is a PITA having to go back and change the tool number in Vectrics or whatever software and Masso. Every time you change jobs.
