Soft alarm in X

I need some assistance: I followed the instructions for my rotary placed all the values as instructed in the manual. I loaded a 3"x3" square which is 4 3/8 inches or 4.375" in decimal form. I homed the machine and loaded the Vectric Aspire “create rounding toolpath” to perform a test cut. I get a soft alarm in x. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. Attached is the G-code from the program. I think the error was line 26. But surely in the 20s or 30s.

Here’s the first 20 lines of code I generated for a Ywrapped rotary rounding toolpath for you to see if there’s any difference
I’m no expert but I found that if you set up the job to the centre of the piece and Z zero to top of the cylinder I had no issues
