Sound when moving in diagonal at rapid speeds

When the machine performs a tool change and moves diagonally to the ATC, there’s a terrible noise coming from the axes. This only happens during this ultra-fast movement. It doesn’t happen during normal jogging. Today I oiled the ball bearings again. But it didn’t help, as you can hear in the video. What could it be?

There are noticeable black deposits (scratches?) on the upper (right) Y-axis.See the picture.

The noise you are hearing is when two axis (x and y) move at rapid speed at the same time, but at two different speeds. It’s the harmonics of super fast but different speed physics.
This is why you only hear something like this when it rapids back to xy zero at the end of a cut, or fast moves to the atc.

Your black deposits may be the c shape bearings slightly ‘off/rotated’ where they are rubbing on your plastic ballscrew covers. They can be adjusted (rotated), so they do not rub on either side of the C shape.
