I’ve searched through the website to purchase a controller as a spare but can’t find it. Are we not able to purchase that alone?

There are many parts not listed that would require contacting 1F support for help in acquiring, so that is where I would start.
Other than that, sometimes controllers are offered up for sale here by those modifying to different control systems.
