Probably. I got my machine within 1/16th and I’m a happy camper. A lot depends on what your buyer wants to do with the machine. A good first step is to run the OF test file here:
Measure the results carefully against the published dimensions, preferably with a good caliper. If all is well, work up to more complex cuts.
Don’t forget to check for co-planarity (fishing line test), tram the machine (especially Z-axis) and do a wasteboard flattening pass or two. There’s plenty of advice on this forum about all of this.
