First timer here with the Gen2! I have the Journeyman on the QCW table. Any advice (and I will email support as well) on how to fine tune this so when I send a circle I don’t get an egg?? I am using Vcarve Pro and the cut file is circle, and when I load it on the display, it shows as a circle, then when I start the job, I get an oval.

Sounds like the wrong ball screw motor config settings are loaded on your machine. Please update to 1.4.6 and then choose your machine type on the config page and it should solve your issue!
