The difference between journeyman and foreman

I never realized that the journeyman had just 35 MM y and b rails while the foreman has 50 mm all around. I just thought the Y and B rails were just shorter on the journeyman. Now the reason for the riser blocks is clear to me. I was wondering why the journeyman did not come with the riser blocks and now I see. The reason I bring this up is I got sent an order of dust caps for my elite series journeyman, but they did not fit because the elite series foreman has different sized holes than the journeyman. The manufacturer sent me an elite series order of caps but for the foreman not the journeyman. All the web site said was elite series, I don’t think they realized that the journeyman had different end blocks than the foreman. So be aware, if you are ordering dust caps. Also, you need about three inches of table in front of your rails to use the dust covers on the y and b rails in the front of the machine as well.
