I’m pretty sure you can tram using the micro-tramming screws

This is an excellent observation that often goes unnoticed regarding the 1F’s adjustment screws. It’s true that instructions for utilizing these screws exist, although I can’t recall their exact location at the moment, and I’m feeling a bit too lethargic to look them up right now.

however selecting the right search terms to find it would not be that difficult :

I think it’s a shame that the Z assembly doesn’t offer the option of setting the tramming in the other direction. I see this as a shortcoming and the Z assembly I am currently thinking of building will definitely have one. There would be simple solutions, e.g. with a lockable eccentric disk.
