The Elite Series with @Redlinecnc Controller Hello, I’m trying to resurface my waste board on elite foreman and I have the file set right but when I hit go it tells be it exceeds machine travel by 9.1 inches I have 1.5” bit and it shows about 46 inches of travel and the controller shows its set for a foreman 48x 48 thanks for listening
Would you be willing to share the file you created? Its possible that your work piece is set to 48x48 but your vector is over that size for example.

I had my vector at 48x48 I made it 46x46 and it works so maybe I didn’t have it forward far enough when I zeroed It? thanks for the reply! I thought there was something more complicated, now I have lost communication between my motion controller and controller twice the usb icon flashes
Sorry Redline I dont know so I cant answer to that. Its possible that like the Masso, which I have, when you home the machine it steps back from the limit switches a small amount. If you home then zero its possible that yours also steps back which would give you just under 48x48.
