Mine won’t release the last file either, started in 1.6.4 and remains in 1.6.5. I tried loading on top of the old one and it seemed to be working fine … until three hours later it threw an overlimit error and references the file I want to get rid of instead of the file I was carving. Scratch a piece of Maple. I tried restoring everything to original setting, but I think I made it worse. Help!
1.6.6 is the latest and final firmware for the BB controller. We recommend updating to it.
The bb controller has always remembered the last known file that was run, regardles if it was deleted in the files section of the controller. That’s a limitation of the bb controller (now discontinued).
Loading a new file is how to remove the last previously loaded file.
