Yes, it is a Harbor Freight with a number of upgrades made over the 3-4 years I’ve had it. I could not find the Rikon impeller when I looked and instead went with the WEN which is supposed to be comparable.
- 12" WEN impeller
- 6" inlet adapter (replaces 5" inlet)
- 6" inlet to dual 4" hose adapter
- Wynn Environmental 35C222NANO Cartridge Kit
- Dust Sentry Bin Level Indicator … don’t remember it being so expensive
- And a DIY Thien baffle metal trash can set-up
I’ve been pleased with it overall. I recently motorized all my gates to make things easier in the shop. One funny thing, I had to add a mesh laundry bag over the plastic hanging bag to prevent them from popping when I upgraded the impeller, but I also use a significantly smaller bag than normal due to space and since over 99% of everything goes into the trash can.
