Z zero off around 1/32 after probe

I was doing a simple pocket cut of text 1/32 deep. Used the probe to zero xyz. After carving I noticed the actual depth is closer for 1/16 around 1/32 more than I programmed. I then visually checked the z zero by slowly jogging it down and used the paper truck and it’s off by 1/32. Meaning the z position read around 1/32 when it was just touching the material surface. Any thoughts on what’s causing this and more importantly how to fix it?

Adjust the probe dimensions in the controller settings. In this case the z dimension.

Are there instructions on how to do this?

EDIT Nvm I just found it. Will give it a try

Make sure the bit didn’t slip in the collet.
