Does anyone have a 3D file for this (broken) mount? Otherwise I’ll have to design one.

That’s a bummer that it broke. Can you elaborate on how it broke? Your misfortune could maybe become a learning opportunity so others might avoid being in the same situation. (That someone might be me because I can be rough on equipment) 
I usually move the screen while homing. Got distracted. Have a spindle with a front hose attachment arm and it just caught the screen so it was unable to swivel. Crack.
