Yes. It does. Welcome to the group!

Hi,
New to the forum. I just completed setting up my Woodworker Elite and when I powered up I had a high pitch continuous noise. Everything seemed to start to work but when sending the x rail to the back of the machine it stopped about half way. I was able to bring it forward and then I received a B motor alarm and it stopped moving. I powered down waited and the powered up, still had the high pitch noise when I moved X+/- I got an X motor alarm. Any ideas?? Appreciate the input.

That’s what I am kinda dealing with. I just make a post yesterday. I need to clear room to work on my Elite. I hope to soon. Busy world. But messing around in the shop always makes me feel better. CNCzone has good help forums from what I can see. I know this is an old post. I just felt like chatting about it.

I had negative numbers on my tool setter. I’m ok now.
Onefinity had replied to a Mr Miller that had the same problem.

My motors whine as well. I’m told that’s “normal”. I bet by now you have figured out why the rail stops moving. You mush home the machile first then jog it. Its it is still stopping you either have binding due to misaligned rails or your hitting some limits (usually solved by homing unless you’ve manually changes the x or y min max on the F1 screen)
