I could only find the 3D model of the ATC and I wanted to bring it into Vcarve instead of Catia so I could do the holes locator holes with a program so I created ATC Vector file and figured I would share.

Hello - when I import your DXF file to VCarve pro it seems some dimensions do not match the STEP files available from 1F (see links below).
I have made a more detailed DXF file for those who need it and require definition of the main plate v the removable end caps (for stacking ATCs).
