I asked if i can set up an auto tool setter on BB and was told no. But i looked at Rapid change tool changer and they offer one for BB onefinity and it has a tool setter. So how do they do it?
Have you asked them? Rocco V. at supportdesk@rapidchangeatc.com responded almost instantly to my question about their new rotary ATC.
Getting on their mailing list was a bit of a chore, but they tell me they’re going to fix their account-creating procedure, and it may be much easier by now.
When did you ask Onefinity?
If just recently asked, the answer ‘no’ would likely be based on Buildbotics, along with the Easy Adapter, being no longer part of their active model lineup.
Don at RapidChange ATC does have models that work, but they do so because he has a tool setter/circuit that works within the limitations of the Buildbotics controller, and he also has created the Macros that allow it to work.
