The Onefinity Easy ATC is a new, revolutionary, automatic tool changer that’s designed to work with Onefinity Spindle Kit by Redline CNC spindles (or similar), making automatic tool changes without the hassle, complexity and high cost that’s associated with traditional ATC Systems.
The Onefinity Easy ATC is the most affordable and easiest way to add a reliable automatic tool changer to your Onefinity CNC. The Easy ATC features a sleek and stylish patent pending design, easy to load tool pockets, load and unload sensors and is designed to be used with the Suckit SM Dust Shoe (coming soon) to ensure your shop stays clean.
The Onefinity Easy ATC is the only Automatic Tool Changer on the market that allows you to use your existing collet spindle to easily change tools automatically. In addition, the Easy ATC features load and unload sensors to help ensure your tool gets loaded properly. If a tool gets loaded incorrectly, the sensors will trigger an alarm and stop the CNC until the issue is corrected.

The Easy ATC is incredibly easy to set up, using just a single cable that’s plug and play with the Onefinity CNC machines (Elite machines require some internal wiring). There’s no need to run a multiple of cables and airlines.

What Spindles are compatable?
First and foremost, you’ll need a spindle, as the Makita router is not compatible with the ATC. You’ll also need an 80mm spindle that can operate in reverse.
We highly recommend the official Onefinity CNC Spindle Kit by Redline CNC. It’s the only spindle we can guarantee will work seamlessly right out of the box. Plus, it’s backed by Onefinity’s warranty and support, ensuring you have a reliable and supported solution.

Suckit SM (Optional)
One challenge that most ATCs face is dealing with dust collection. We know that dust collection is a big deal, that’s why our engineering team has been working closely with the RapidChange ATC team to help develop a variation of their existing product that will work with a dust shoe. Out of this came the EASY ATC. The EASY ATC Works with our new spindle mount dust shoe, the Suckit SM (Spindle Mount). The Suckit SM is coming soon and will be available to purchase separately before your Easy ATC ships.
Please note: The original Suckit Dust Boot does not work with the Easy ATC.

Mount Anywhere
The Easy ATC is designed to be setup anywhere the Spindle can reach. Want it at the back and out of the way? Need it located on the right side to allow long material? Or maybe you want a quick, simple, and clean set up that the QCW Easy ATC Mount offers.
In addition, the EASY ATC is designed to allow for multiple units to be tethered together. You can start with a 4 pocket and add more as you grow!
Pro Series Easy Adapter (required for BB controller)
To make the Easy ATC plug and play compatible with our Pro Series machines the Pro Series Adapter is required. The Pro Series Easy Adapter is extremely easy to install. Simply plug the supplied cable directly into the DB25 connector that’s located on the back of the Pro Series Controller (Buildbotics). Once connected, you’ll have the ability to quickly and easily connect the Easy ATC. (Only for BB Buildbotics controllers. Not for Elite Masso machines).
In addition you will be able to easily add Infrared homing sensors, our EaZy-Z Tool setter, spindle and potential future accessories.
Simple Tool Insertion
Because the tools simply slide into each independent collet and placed in the tool pockets, there is no need to have holding fixtures and fumble with wrenches to set each tool. In addition, gone are the days of removing a tool from your spindle, only to have it slip out and get damaged.

Please note:
The only spindle we can guarantee and have been tested is the Onefinity Spindle Kit by Redline CNC. It’s also the only one that we can provide technical support with if you have any issues with the ATC. While any 80mm er20 collet spindle that can go cw and ccw may work, we will not be able to give technical support if you need it with the spindle/ATC.
If you value technical support, we recommend the Onefinity Spindle.
