Just started using an Elite WW. I watched the setup video and put in the settings. The machine will move above the tool setter, but will not proceed with the measurement. I’m using the manual technique where I go to the specified tool and press the auto tool set button.
Any help is appreciated!
Have you changed the setting on the setup page from High to Low? Scroll down on the setup page to find the tool setter. if the status says high and is red on the right side of the page highlight the tool setter and hit the spacebar on the keypad once to change the setting.
Are you on V5.07? I think this method of tool change stopped working at this latest release. You may have to use Txx M06 in MDI until it is fixed.
Thanks! That got me one step further. I missed that step in the video. It was now gives me an error that the tool isn’t loaded. I’m still working on it.
We all have to get one step closer to something on our own machines. I cannot get the Masso wifi connection going. I think it is somehwere in teh settings but… baby steps LOL
