BB Not uploading folders anymore (sovled)

Hi,

I am running v1.6.4 on a BB controller and have been able to upload folders until yesterday. The process will report how many files I am attempting to upload and after I confirm will look like it is working but then the folder shows not files in the drop down. A reboot made no difference.

I thought that it might be a space issue so I deleted some older folders but that nothing changed and if I upload the files individually it works fine.

What else can I check?

Please update to 1.6.6 firmware.

I hadn’t before as it says that 1.6.6 is a bug fix for rotary which I don’t have.

You will want to update to 1.6.6 which is the final firmware for Buildbotics.

Let’s see if we can actually try to troubleshoot together here, Steve. lol

How are you connecting to your machine? What I mean is, are you transferring files/folders via a USB flash (sometimes called a ‘thumb drive’) drive, over an ethernet cable, or WiFi?

Also, are you able to upload individual files rather than entire folders?

Hi Rusty,

The problem turned out to be that the folder name on the 1F must match the folder name in Windows exactly.
