Having inconsistent results loading files to the controller for cutting. Dialog box opens to view contents of the selected folder, but once the appropriate file is selected, the system doesn’t load it for processing. This can take many (>10) attempts before it is recognized and “processed for cutting”. Is there a fix to resolve this issue?
