Bowl Bit creating undercut after step over change

First time posting, appreciate any feedback

Elite series woodworker, vectric v12, Makita router. Cutting a multi pocket tray using a Bits n Bits 1/2" Bowl and tray bit. (425-BT510) 1" length .187" radius at the bottom.

Using 2 tool paths for each pocket.
First a roughing pass: start 0, cut 1.1". Offset climb cut, no profile. Step over .125" (25%)
Second a finish pass: start 1.1" cut .2". Offset climb cut, no profile. Step over .05" (10%)

Same tool, incrementally changed tool number otherwise any bit set up changes all the paths for that tool.

2nd pass started normally, in to out, and finished cutting wider on the last pass creating an undercut in all of the pockets. I measured .03" undercut all around. Plus, a groove as the bit retracted out of the pocket.

More perplexing, I changed the tool path to start the 2nd pass start 0 cut .375" to clean up the undercut and it did not. I have a total of 5 pockets in the tray, and all have the identical undercut along the pocket edge.

What am I doing wrong? I assume a step over change wouldn’t do this.
