Circular marks left behind in workpiece

These circles recently started appearing in my work pieces. Tramming has been suggested but its a recent appearance and i think the consistency of the full circle wouldnt be a tramming issue. Im using a Onefinity elite with the added Stiffy 3rd rail on the x axis. 16000 rpm on both bits, both new (.25 and .0625 end mills ) Step down is same as bit diameter. Feed is 150 and 40 in/min respectively…set by bit manufacture. Step over is .5 bit diameter. Not sure what wood it is, Im in Thailand and still learning the woods, but its a fairly hard dense wood.

Ive not seen this. But if you are doing hardwood then i would ease off on the bit depth of cut.

Try a downcut bit if not already.

Is the toolpath doing lots of pecking/up and down?

no pecking, in Fusion these are pocket clearing and 2d face paths

Lucky you being in Thailand! Beautiful country.

I would say that something is loose. Just looking at the cuts on the sides of the pockets and how rough they are, it’s like the bit is wobbling. They should be as smooth as silk.

Perhaps something is loose on the gantry? Or router/spindle is loose? Wouldn’t take much.
