After using the 1F for 2 months the controller died. Customer support contacted me back within a half hour after I requested help. After checking several things it was determined I needed a new controller.
It arrived at my house in 2 days! How cool is that.
Great machine and even better customer support.

I keep seeing cases of controllers dying.
What was the cause of your controller dying?
Keep in mind there are a lot of units in the wild so seeing a dozen (which I do t think we have seen that many unique posts) is a very small failure rate and we don’t know why they are failed.
