Day 7 of 2024 release week! The Onefinity CNC Ultimate Elite Package with Spindle & ATC

You will as the machine will most likely ship before the boot is available.

Will that be available before that ATC ships? I’ve just spent $975 for shipping, surely you cant charge me again.

We hope it will, but cannot guarantee at this time.

Thanks for the update, it seems pretty important to have dust extraction on the CNC so isn’t it a little shortcoming that you release the ATC but don’t have a dust boot that is suitable to use with it?
It’s great news that Onefinity now has a spindle and ATC option available, its just a shame that you don’t have the accessories available to support the options. I think Onefinity have let themselves down with this promotion by offering new options for the machine without supporting the attachments to use with them, how do you expect people to use the ATC without dust extraction.
Is there any suggestion from Onefinity on an alternative, obviously I want to be able to use the ATC with a dust boot as I mostly work with MDF so dust extraction is a necessity. I feel disappointed that I have just spent nearly $6,000 for a machine not including what I will have to pay in import duties but potentially wont be able to use the ATC without correct dust extraction and then you’re telling me that it probably wont be available until after the machine is despatched and that I will have then to pay an additional delivery cost to purchase the Suckit SM.

We have had a lot of moving parts, and wish it would have been ready months ago. It isn’t and we’re working hard on getting it ready.

Received my Elite Journeyman Ultimate package yesterday and hope to be up and running by the end of the month. I have a few things to get ready before hand such as the bench for it. But can’t wait to hit the power button.

Question is where are things at with the revised dust boot for use with the ATC?

For the dust boot, I ordered the double barrel dust boot because the way it is designed, I think it should work with the tool changer. Not a 100% as I just ordered it and am not affiliated with them, I just don’t see why it wouldn’t work.

It will most likely not work with the tool changer.

We hope to have the Suckit SM ATC compatible dust boot up for preorder in FEB before the ATC releases.

I looked at it and also wondered if it would work. I did send him a message to see if he had contacted RapidChange to see if he could get enough information about the ATC pockets and their spacing to see if it was a possibility but he had not done it, so until we actually get a unit to be able to measure between the tool pockets we will have to wait. Unless someone has those measurements and would be willing to share them.

Pretty sure those dimensions are on the Rapidchange website at least for the Rapidchange design.

The Onefinity design has raised pockets in line that are 100mm center to center but as far as I know there has not been any mention as to the outside diameter of the raised pocket. You need that measurement so you can get the clearance between the raise pockets. The dust boot brushes and structure of the boot need to fit in that space.
