Deskproto doesn’t list any Onefinity CNC machines. What machine should I select to use with my Elite Woodworker (Masso controller.) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a good link
There one or two other forum posts. Deskproto forum is also good.
Please share your experience and creations.
Thank you. Stupidly, I didn’t look for “Masso” in the list.
My thought is to design my rotary projects in Fusion, and then import them into Deskpropto to create the tool paths for my Onefinity. does this make sense? Is there a better way to go?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
When I placed my order for the rotary add-on, I thought I could just use Fusion to create my tool paths, as I do for all my 3-axis projects. I simply cannot afford to pay Autodesk more than I am already paying for my yearly subscription, so I need to find a workable way to generate those tool paths.
Never easy, is it?
Using Fusion to make objects and export them as STL and import in Deskproto sounds fine to me. There are other ways to make STL objects for importing into Deskproto depending on what you’re making. I find f360 becomes sluggish with organic models that have high polygon counts. Researching the forum you will come across various methods and tools. I use Blender3d and/or Houdini. Both will take some learning but both are free.
Thank you! I have used Fusion for organic models with high polygon counts, and ran into the sluggish performance you mentioned. In some cases it was so sluggish as to be unusable. In those cases, I did use Blender to reduce the number of polygons, but from watching some YouTube videos I know that there are better ways to get the results I want. I am not familiar with Houdini, but I will definitely check it out.
Again, thank you!
