Hi all. This is mainly a query for those of you who live in the UK although any assistance would be gratefully received. I ordered a Elite Foreman which has been despatched by Onefinity. Today I received 1 box out of 7 despatched by Onefinity containing the Masso controller, Z slide, wiring looms etc. On checking the DHL website and tracking my order it appears the DHL Cincinnati hub received all 7 packages but only forwarded 1 package to the UK. I am unable to find a contract telephone number that works for DHL in order to find out when I can expect the outstanding 7 packages containing the Elite Foreman, QCW and Stiffy etc . Has any other UK importer had similar problems and if so how long did you have to wait for the full order to be delivered? Does anyone have a working telephone number for DHL UK?

we received it to Germany with DHL Express. One package made its travel over the ocean one day later as the others and it was written “piece missing” on it

In this case, do not contact DHL yourself, just let the buyer contact them directly.

Many thanks for your reply however, do you mean that the seller contacts DHL rather than me, the buyer?
I’m awaiting for a reply from Onefinity who have said that they would make contact with DHL to find out where the other 6 parcels are.
