"Disconnected" Pop up after stopping the job. Only way to regain control is e-stop?

This happened to me. Your trick worked. Thanks

This has me concerned that after over 6 months no fix has been provided.

Only a hint that it’s coming … someday.

There are check-in activities related to this in the code base so it is actively being worked on.

Good news, thanks for the update.

Nathan,
I am happy that It worked for you. I am not sure that any one else understood that simply hitting the play button and then when the pop up comes up for spindle speed just hit the cancel button would resolve the issue and it is not destructive. After doing that the controller is connected again and everything works as it should.

Yeah this looks like a software bug. Your trick seems to get it unstuck.

I had to dig this thread up because my 7in screen went out yesterday and now every time I remote in with my phone or pc I get this disconnect issue after every job. Replacement screen is on the way but had to spend on the upgrade to 10in because 7in screens are out of stock indefinitely. Glad this will be resolved soon because it sure has been annoying to stop after every job and fix this.

“soon” lol… hopefully

Solution: fixed in firmware 1.0.9
