Yes you most certainly can roll back your Firmware, this post explains exactly how to do it.

Hello Alex,
Thanks for the info. I didn’t reflash because I believe my controller is working correctly and it won’t fix my problem. Maybe you can help me. I’m having issues with the X-axis. There is hardly any torque applied to the ball screw to make it go left or right when carving, I can push it with my little finger left or right with little resistance. I checked the washer to make sure the 17 mm nut is just right so the washer just is able to move. I made sure the ball screw was connected to the stepper motor and the grub screws were tight. Then I adjusted the X motors amp stall amps, I went all the way to 4, and still no luck. If you have any suggestions I’m all ears. I’ll call Onefinity tomorrow hopefully they can help. Thanks for your help.
