Hey all,
a feature you find on professional cnc machines and milling centers when the operator opens the door of the enclosure (to be triggered by door sensor which is connected to the safety relay circuit). You would need a hardware input for “pause/play” (unfortunately there exists only one for “estop”), and pressing “pause” should
- offer the spindle being stopped automatically and
- Z axis raised (or XYZ moved to the manual tool change position).
