Thank you all for sharing your tips. I’ve successfully installed the post processor and machine files from the Github repo. Is the latest version (from Feb 21, 2022) still up-to-date and compatible with the latest OneFinity models?
Also, it appears that I can’t play simulations as I get the error: “Post processor not compatible with machine simulation. Simulating without a machine.” – Is that expected?
Yes it’s the last version and work fine. This version has no simulation functionality. There is another post (not from me) that tell you how to do it by adding cad model.
If you want to tinker with the simulation i did get it to work. Here is the link to the post @blaghislain mentioned.
It is nice to see it working on my table but honestly not sure it is worth the hassle in most cases.
Either way, enjoy the rabbit hole.
Is this post processor better than the Kirbre Onefinity Masso processor that is available in the Autodesk Fusion Library?
Stingray Post V4 Jan18, 2025.cps (86.2 KB)
This post is based on the one found in the fusion library, but with some updates. It is designed for Fusion w/ Masso controller.
The post from the Fusion library moves the spindle to the front left corner of the machine when the program completes, which is annoying. This post will instead complete a program, then retract the spindle, then move to the “Parking Position” you define in the F4 page. Very nice feature!
This post adds some nice info to the file in comments when you post.
Hate to be late to the party here, trying to set up my Machine but the one I had doesn’t work. (Been away from the ‘game’ for a while). Meanwhile upgraded to Elite woodworker but F360 doesn’t recognize my old setup. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
Hello Dale,
What do you mean by “doesn’t recognize my old setup”?
How far have you got. What error do you get?
What’s not happening that you think should happen.
Thanks for the reply, when in Fusion manufacture I normally used to select the
But file not found and they mention you have to create a new file using a 3 axis generic. Is there not a file I can upload for this in lieu of creating and experimenting to get it right? Thanks again for any insight.

It looks like you previously used a “community” version of the postprocessor. I use the files here from the kind contributer above in this thread, and handy for you, it has specific instructions with screenshots you may find helpful! onefinity-post-processors/Fusion PRO and Original Series at main · blaghislain/onefinity-post-processors · GitHub
So this is great! Thanks, on my first ‘job’, I had four different operations and ran them separately, the engrave went well with the NC files looking perfect. The other three however, had this output
“THIS POSTPROCESSOR IS A SAMPLE FOR MACHINE SIMULATION USAGE, IT DOES NOT OUTPUT ANY NC PROGRAM.

I had installed @blaghislain edited post processor (onefinity_elite_fusion360.cps) in the post library. Maybe I missed a critical step in the install? I’ve tried from scratch several times, just seems so odd one post process would work while the other 3 (bore, rough contour & fine countour) didn’t work. Either way, ya’ll have got me close to up and running again and I appreciate any tips, tricks or tweaks.
In my quest, I searched the Fusion site. Found this on their postings. Thoughts? All four operations ran. I realize that there will be sharp differences, but at least I will be able to try that high dollar Masso out now.
Glad that worked out for you!
