setup ATC, tested works flawlessly on pocket one, load, unload perfect, try to change any other tool it moves over pocket starts spindle, then just sits there till it times out never even try’s to lower, anybody have an idea, I’m waiting on tech support to get back to me but i want to get this thing running you know what they say time is money, thanks in advance for any help
Can you share a phot of your tool table?
You may have populated it incorrectly - make sure that the ATC column only has 1s (not 1,2,3,4).
Are you running firmware 1.5.14?
Thanks TM that was the problem, I didn’t realize you could have multiple ATCs changed ATC column all to 1 and everything works perfect thanks again
