Doing my first surfacing cut and the Z axis ran into “Closed Loop Motor Error Detected” about one hour in. Had recently uploaded the 1.4.6 latest software from this morning. Could not get out of it so leaving it to cool and will clean and try again in the morning. Is see this was a known issue with Gen1

Reach out to official tech support at support@onefinitycnc.com and they’ll get you fixed up!
“Axis Motor Error Detected” is not a ‘known issue/bug’, it’s closed loop steppers doing what they do, stop and error when feedback to the controller isn’t what it expected.
Send in that email and they’ll help figure out why it is for you.
Also, new firmware, 1.4.9 is out! Try updating to that first and see if that fixes your issues!

I did load 1.4.9 as well, nothing
