Great Customer Support from Onefinity and Redline

I ordered the Ultimate Elite Foreman in November 2024. Like most everyone else I have been waiting patiently for the Redline Spindle that was part of the package. I received an email notification on April 11, 2025 that my spindle had shipped. Yay! I waited with anticipation for it to arrive. Once it arrived I of course unboxed it with excitement of things that I could now finally create with it. Unfortunately I was missing one of the most important cables. I was shorted the PWM cable from the VFD to the MASSO controller. I sat in disbelief and checked to make sure that I had not misplaced it during my frenzied opening of the box. Nope there was no PWM cable.

On April 18, 2025 I sent an email to both Onefinity and Redline CNC about the missing cable. I received a fast response the same day from Redline CNC. They sent me the missing cord on April 21, 2025 and I received it yesterday. It was a very fast response considering this was over the Easter weekend. Thank you very much for a fast response and taking care of your customers after the sale!

Good to hear you got that sorted out.
But it should be noted that sending you a part you paid for isn’t after the sale customer service, it is the terms of the sale. If they had NOT done that it would have just been fraud.

Enjoy it, and post some stuff for those of us still waiting to keep us going until we all have one!
