Having a problem with the z axis. Everyone I run a program from carveco it machines .500 above the material. Can’t seem to get it on the material and I am wondering if it’s a programming issue or a machine issue. Anything would be a great help thank you

How do you probe Z?
Do you probe Z with the XYZ Touch plate?
Yes I use the touch probe
Masso controller with touch probe
