You may have a clogged up power switch. It’s been reported before. You can take it apart & blow out the sawdust (if you search here you should find the post). Hey William, there have been reports with failing contacts on screw terminals / on their wire ferrules between the internal Meanwell Power Supply and the AVR Mainboard.

Thank you for your information, it appears that the power supply unit is not functioning as necessary as the output Volts are less than 1V. It should be 36 Volts. I am ordering a new power unit today and hope this will resolve my issues. I have checked the one inline fuse, and it appears to be good…

Same issue with my 3yr old machine. And after the $577 replacement, the new controller’s power button will will not turn the controller off. These little issues with Onefinity increase my purchase ‘regret’ level.

That’s because it’s an on button and not an off button. Turning off should be done on the software fly out menu, just like a computer. [Proper Shutdown on the Onefinity CNC]

Thanks Jim Good advice, and will follow. IF support pointed me to another $10 part that was needed to be added to the controller.
