I am new to all of this so thank you for your patience.
I hope you can open the file and see the bubbles on the final 3D view.
It is a Zac Brown JPEG I converted to vector and the back ground was a cloth type texture which shows as bubbles when carving?

What program did you use to make the vector and convert it to gcode? Those circles are in the design from the g code that you sent.

It looks like the background texture and the lettering was merged together in vcarve. Maybe try another vector without the texture or separating those into two layers. Lettering and texture.I do not use vcarve so someone may have a better answer. Without pictures of the vectors and original picture it’s kind if hard to tell.

Your right it’s making a tool path for the texture.
If I turn texture layer off and have just the lettering will it then not create tool path for texture?
