Help with spec out a spindle for my wall mounted woodworker pro

hi chaps

can anyone help me spec if a spindle for my woodworker pro that i have wall mounted.

i am based in England so need a 220-240 v machine

i have looked on the onfinity site and it seems they only supply a 80mm spindle that is compatable but the tech support team said will probably be too heavy to use with my wall mount .

to add to my issues i am not competent when it come to a diy kit having no experience at all with electronic so ideally want a plug and play system

any help would be greatly appreciated as currently in struggling to find anything that will work with my set up

many thanks

dan

Wall mounting introduces more problems than it’s worth. You can store a great deal under a table that supports the machine. If you insist, the best way is to offset the spindle’s weight using a spring mechanism, which is not easy to implement.

If you can reliably solder a wire to a connector, you can diy it. People pay a LOT more for a packaged kit that you can just as easily do. An easy and low cost option is the Huanyang VFD and spindle. The 220v 2.2kw VFD is what you want. Pair it with the 2 pole 220v 2.2kw spindle.

Beyond that, the forum has tons already posted that I won’t repeat because it would constitute gross redundancy.

Thank you
I will look that up
Unfortunately my shed is very small so have no option but to hang my Cnc on the wall
Kind regards
