I did pretty much everything you said and things are woking great now.
Bought the control cable that you sent and connected it, bought the Spindle cable (still on the way, I will definitely make sure to connect the PE wire and the shield ) and mounted the VFD as recommended.

Now my next task is turning on the my dust collector (clearVue Cyclone) when the VFD turns the spindle on. (and while im at it a EStop might be a nice add on)

Thanks @Aiph5u . Yes, I do remember well. I understood a good part of it, but not 100% I see. I had hoped to keep pin 11 for the possibility of EDM function in a safety relay (which I haven’t set up yet). I also remember that the AL relay output was a solid state relay, but not that it couldn’t trigger a larger relay or contactor of some sort to handle the dust collector amps. Thanks for the reminder. So no idea how I can have the VFD turn it on (my dust collector is the other side of the shop, away from CNC)
