I tried to home my X35 with MASSO 5.10 with the Travel Max set to 32inches, X and Y are only going 16inches, while Z axis is set to 6.3 inches it errors out every time. In fact the Z axis will start from -3 to +3 and then errors out. Please what do I need to adjust to get the machine to read and follow the right input? I also followed the instruction on this page Homing, Please Wait...Forever? (solved, link in comments) - #6 by OnefinityCNC but the Motor: Distance per revolution is 0.62992 which i believe it supposed to be .39370. That .62992 is for X-50 rails, but my rails is X-35 which is 32x32 also. I changed itto ).39370 as directed on the forum. But nothing changed in its behavior. The Z-20 slider causes error either going up or down. ANd when I jog it, it keeps counting after the slider reaches the end point. AT this point i need a new set of eyes on this machine. Where and how can I get a tech support to video call or come to the site to troubleshoot it?
