The first time I started up my machine and homed it the X & Y say Homed but the Z says OVER. I since have turned off power and homed several times and get the same thing. What do I need to do?

Perfectly normal. There is no problem. the z will not turn green until you ZERO to the workpiece (which is different that homing)
Also, upgrade to the newest firmware, and it will make it a bit more clear. Firmware Update 1.0.5 (10/15/2020) (newest firmware)
