Foreman weight:

  • without stiffy is 210lbs / 95.25kg.

  • with stiffy is 240lbs / 108.86kg.

  • Add 50lbs / 22.68kg for the QCW frame (without mdf).

  • Then add 40lbs / 18kg for the legs.

  • Also factor in your router/spindle weight.
