I am perplexed with XYZ probe

This is just a guess on my part, but did you tell your Masso what your XYZ probe offsets were? See the video in the following topic.

Using the Touch Probe on the Elite Series (MASSO) Onefinity CNC

In this video we show how to probe for X,Y, and Z using the touch probe on the Elite (Masso) Onefinity CNC. Important note #1: Some endmills are not XY probe compatible and their XY zero must be set manually. Nonprobable bits include: V bits, Surfacing Bits, Drag Bits and a few others. Important note #2: Your X, Y, and Z offsets for the probe will be different (but should be close) to the values in this video.
