Hi
I just set up my Onefinity Elite Journeyman and I have an issue with my profile cuts. The file I am using is one I used on my previous Ooznest Workbee before upgrading to the Onefinity. Any advice on what to look at to try and investigate the issue would be greatly appreciated.
It looks like the first pass is cutting about 0.5mm smaller than the remaining passes leaving me with a inset around the design, this is evident on an internal and external and all the way around the design path.
I am using VCarve Pro 12 and a 3.175mm (1/8") Upcut End Mill, the material is 18mm Medite MDF.

It looks like it could be the shank of your cutter, not having enough flute length for the depth.
Hi Michael
Thanks for the suggestion, the flute length is 22mm and the material depth is only 18mm so I don’t think it will be that but thanks.
Something they are not exactly what they say they are. Measure it and see. If its not that, look at the x and y location in the program and see if it changes.
