I am working on building a heavy duty drawer system to mount my CNC to and hang it under an existing 60"x144" table. I am looking for advice on what height dimensions I should use from so there is a couple of inches clearance from the absolute highest point the CNC will need to travel on the Z-Axis.
Asked a different way, if you were going to create a plexiglass cover to put over your Onefinity, how high from base would you build it?
Do a search on this forum for “enclosures” this topic has been discussed and I think you will find the information needed to encapsulate the machine with clearances in one of those threads.
Minimum 24”. This should also accommodate your hose. If you use the Rowdy Roman dust boom then I think(going from memory of other posts) you’ll need 30”
