Laser does not fire under S80

I have the Jtech 7w
just updated firmware to the 1.2.1 and when laser burns but reall faint, when I was zeriong it with the M3 S coding it would not fire till I used S value of 80

any help

Normal, s80 is only 8% power in firmware 1.2.1 (s1000 is 100% power)
