If you are Canadian or familiar with Canadian currency you will know our $1 dollar coin. It was first minted in 1987. We also have a two dollar coin, coined the Toonie.

Did you mill the box miters on the CNC too?
The loonie is an STL file. I then made an outside vector (11 sided) of the component image. I used this vector and created offsets to do both pocket and profile toolpaths. The base was pocketed out and the lid was pocketed out on the reverse side. The same vector was then used for cutouts of lid and base pieces. I hope I’m explaining myself clearly.
