I had some some small pieces of rough sawn hard maple a relative gave me. I planed it up and then made this game for 2-6 players. This was my first attempt at two sided carving using Vectric V-Carve on my OF. The Joker card was scanned in from the playing card itself and with s little editing (within Vectric) I pluralized it. This game is sometimes called Pegs & Jokers if made withs Cribbage Pegs instead of Marbles.

I have made dozens of Pegs and Jokers games to sell at the local market, your storage box is about a million times better then mine, your overall game is very nice, try one using cherry, they come out very nice.

Thanks for the kind comments. Yes, I believe Cherry would look good also. Something to consider if I make one as a gift. I don’t make items to sell. Just hobbyist that likes to make different items.

Really nice design! You did a great job of setting up the vectors for the Joker card and the carving brought out all the detail. Love the tie together play boards with the well defined Home and In or Finish locations. Add all that up along with the optimized storage and you have created a fantastic project that looks like it would be fun to build as well as fun to play with family and friends. Well Done Phoenix!
I hope you would not mind me borrowing your idea and re-designing it somewhat to make a few myself.
